FOUNDER’S STORY

I am on a mission to help organisations maximise their potential by being creative, innovative and agile. I am passionate about the way businesses “TICK”.  What makes them work? How do they operate and the culture that drives it all. But first, this is my story.

18 Years ago, I started  in the hospitality industry woking on the 5 star cruise lines where I recognised the importance of customer centric products and services. The long hours and guest demands developed a work ethic and gave me excellent skills that I still apply today. After 4 years of working myself up the ladder and gaining management experience, I decided to return to the “Main Land”.

I began working in manufacturing and sales as well as in distribution and administration. My roles included various management and executive management positions. This is where I realised my passion for business and gained incredible understanding of the ins and outs of what makes a business function well.

2017 was a turning point in my career when I was appointed as the Group Systems Manager of a logistics company. Having gained a lot of knowledge regarding the operations and inner workings of a business, I started deep diving into business process management and digital transformation. This gave me ways to improve the way we did business. I was able to use my problem solving ability and various tools to create solutions to the challenges we were experiencing.

I fell in love with the process of bringing solutions to life and seeing the results that were achieved and how they affected the company as a whole.

I realised the potential of BPM and Digital Transformation in business and knew that this was a industry I wanted to pursue.

In 2021, I took the leap and started BOSS, providing Digital Transformation, Business Process Management (BPM), Optimisations, Systems and Solutions services to businesses of all shapes and sizes.

I love the fact that every business is different, I believe that those differences need to be celebrated. Every business has different challenges and goals and I am passionate about helping organisations overcome their challenges and increasing their potential to achieve their goals and maximise their results.
